bit of background.

Stock s13 SRStock turboRe-circ'd bovFMICBKR6ES11 plugs gapped at .28

I have had nothing but problems. i was running rich forever, i checked - fuel pressure = good, according to the FSM- MAFS = getting good voltage, and wiring is correct- TPS = set to FSM voltage - CTS = was bad, replaced- NO boost leaks- Timing is DEAD on - NO vacuum leaks- i pull 12 InHg at idle- I cant boost past 5 psi, or it sputters and breaks up

HOWEVER

- when i keep the vac/boost gauge at 0 i can redline it, i dump into the next gear, aslong as i roll into it, it still can be redlined, but the SECOND get into boost and hit 5 psi, it coughs and puffs black smoke and goes into a rich condition

- My intake system is 1000% free of leaks,

- My Vacuum system is 1000% free of leaks

- when i disconnect the wastegate (tie it open) the car runs fine, redlines fine and drives just like it should NA, no torque, but it still runs

- When there is no load on the engine, i can rev it and it will generate boost, it will boost up to 5 psi, the boost gauge will bounce back and forth to 0psi and it will shoot black smoke out the exhaust, rpms break up and bounce all over the place

im so lost

Check the BOV for leaks.

You might want to pressure test the hot pipe system. Cap off both ends with a pressure gauge at one end; pressurize it and watch the gauge; it should hold.

BOV doesnt leak, and the system has been pressurized to 15 psi, i hooked my compressor up to it, and i dont get any leaks

I know this is going to sound stupid, but is the MAF on backwards? I've seen it happen before and the problems sound about the same.

As for running rich, if you've put a large fuel pump, your going to run rich, the computer can only regulate it so much. I've fixed my running WAY rich problem by putting on a recirculating fuel pressure regulator.

Man you have some bad luck. Somewhere a sensor isn't accounting for air or dumping extra fuel. Do you have an FPR?

Are you running the stock injectors; if so, they may be leaking.

Also 12 InHg vacuum at idle is way too low; it should be no less then 18. However if you're running big duration cams, 12 might be OK.
