i've been searching post after post 2 c if anyone is have the same problem as me. i could'nt find anyone that was having the exact problem as me. well here's whats ging on with my 240 when 1st started it idles at 1k. after it warms up it drops to 900 then it will jump between 900 to 1k then 900 to 750 then after a few min's it will bog out nd die. i already cleaned the maf w/ elect. cleaner.

Idle Air Control Valve might be dirty.

hey in new to 240s and i just did a swap on mine and now it does just the same thing and will only stay on if i gas it and also shakes alot...

got the same problem just happened to me...any solution yet? clean MAF and checked throttle possition sensor...any other ideas?

Pulled plugs and they were fouled bad running rich

sr20det, with ka24 sohc maf is my set up ...changing spark plugs tomorrow to see if this fixes it..

Heres your solution...

Check ecu for codes...

Clear Codes

check maf clean maf

if its running rich replace your Coolant temp sensor $30

Clean Idle air control valve by removing screw and spraying gumout in..and returning screw to original position

Check TPS voltage
