May marks the beginning of Infiniti’s epicurean event calendar, beginning with Vegas Uncork’d.

Spotlight: Epicurean Kickoff — Integrated Programs
Bon Appétit’s Vegas Uncork’d, May 5-8, 2011.

Overview: For the second consecutive year, Infiniti is the exclusive automotive sponsor of the 5th annual culinary festival presented by Bon Ap- pétit Magazine.

Location: Five participating Las Vegas luxury hotels:
-The Belagio
-Mandalay Bay
-Caesar's Palace
-MGM Grand

Attendance: 4,500 luxury consumers, celebrity chefs, restaurateurs & press.

Infiniti Integration: Infiniti display and Lounge at 3 evening events; static vehicle display for 3 days in thoroughfare; Infiniti shuttles for VIP chefs, event hosts, press; custom glassware, tickets and Infiniti literature handouts.

The Grand Tasting (Signature Event): at Caesars Palace will feature more than 50 award winning chefs serving signature dishes and over 100 of the best wines and spirits from around the world. Better By the Bay: at Mandalay Beach - Mandalay Bay Hotel. An exciting evening under the stars with three of the world’s most celebrated Master Chefs together at the most incredible setting in Las Vegas. Charlie Palmer, Alain Ducasseand Rick Moonen team up to present the ultimate dinner and beach party on the sand. Each Chef will bring their unique sea-side inspired style and flair, paired with specialty cocktails and wines, to create a truly eclectic event on this 11-acre world famous beach.

Spotlight: NABC Foundation
May 16 the National Association of Basketball Coaches will hold its third annual Court of Honor Gala at the Waldorf Astoria, NYC, honoring Phil Knight, co-founder and chairman of Nike, Inc. The real winner from the Court of Honor Gala is the NABC Foundation’s TTRR (Ticket To Reading Rewards) program, helping raise literacy among middle school students across America in more than 150 schools.

Integrated Programming: Cirque du Soleil
To launch the second year of our part- nership with Cirque du Soleil®, Infiniti has launched the new consumer promo- tion. It will be communicated onsite at Cirque du Soleil shows as well as through the http://www.InfinitiUSA.com/ CirqueduSoleil microsite.
The grand prize will be an exclusive evening with Cirque du Soleil, a private performance in the winner’s hometown for the winner and 25 of their guests. New POS materials and online banners will be available in the coming weeks. In addition, the Minneapolis/St-Paul Big Top show opens on May 26 and runs through June.
