Its a fairly easy fix. The seal itself is less than $10. You have to remove the pulley to get to the seal, so you will need something to hold the pulley while you wrench the pulley bolt with a deep socket. Once the bolt is off you may need a puller to get the pulley off if its stubborn. Mine didnt want to come off at first but the puller convinced it otherwise. The whole process (removing pulley, belts, old seal, etc) is 1-2 hours, at most. Much, much quicker if your pulley is cooperative and slides off easy. Dont let a leaky front seal scare you away if its the only thing wrong. It would be super simple and much quicker with the engine out of the car.
