Maximum HP out of a SR20DET

What is the highest horsepower you guys have seen out of a SR20DET powered vehicle? To be more specific, a S13 or S14 Sr20DET. Signal's S15 puts about 600hp. Imagine that in the smaller body of the S13, crazy s***. But if you guys have seen better let me know, specifics would be cool too: NOS or no NOS, engine mods, what size turbo, etc....

I would also like to point out that the S15 weighs less than the S13.
