What's the maximum boost I can push without intercooler with small turbo like t3 or super60?

7 psi?

I ran 7psi on a TD04H-13C (smaller than a T25) for a few winter months, but I had some detonation to deal with, regardless of the base timing setup. This was with no IC and using SAFC + 370cc injectors.

If you have some method of timing control, you could get by with it for the life of the vehicle, but you'd need to retard the timing in the high torque range so much it wouldn't be very fun and the EGT's would be silly high.

Do yourself a favor and plan for at least a good SMIC.

If anything, grab a tiny IC from the junkyard. Any sidemount will do, I know it means more creative plumbing, but it'll be worth it. I'd say in reality, I wouldn't run my car without an IC with anymore boost then 4 psi.

What are you using for fuel management and timing if you have any?
