Maxima VQ30DE dyno charts for cam timing changes. Anyone know best way to do it?

I'm looking into rebuilding a VQ30DE right now. I'm also considering about changine the cam timings. I'm new to this so I want to know how much gain I can expect for a NA engine by changing cam timing. I'm looking for low to mid torque with little to no loss on high end.I will be making a custom high flow long runner intake. Either dual or single flow length.
