Maxima Suspension same as I35 in 03?

Looking at picking up an 03 I35 this weekend. Curious if the struts/springs were the same for the Maxima and I35 for the 03's. In other words I would like to drop the car a tad and wondering if perhaps springs for a Maxima would fit or even coilovers for that matter. Looking for cross over parts in general really.

Maxima and I30/I35 are identical mechanically. Any Maxima springs, struts, coilovers, etc. should work fine with your I.

Well that is very good to hear. I need to keep searching member rides for photos of I's with springs. I am starting to think that spring alone may not give me the clean look that I am going for. None the less, co's can be quite a rough ride. However, my old Megan Racking ones were not that bad at all. We'll have to see as I need to get the car first. Hopefully on Sunday.

In order to have a level drop, I suggest coil overs. If you want to retain comfort, stay away from Eibach pro-kit's.
