maxima starts but wont run

I was driving and my car just died. I replaced the throttle position sensor and that didn't work. Any one have an idea as to what this may be the car is a 2002 nissan maxima.

Were there any symptoms before and while it died?

No there wasn't. I have only had the car for about 3 mths. and about 4 or 5 weeks after i got it hte check engine light came on but went off the next day. I have tried every thing I know to do so I guess I will take it to a nissan dealer.

Does it die when you give it gas? or does it just die after a few seconds.

There is a sensor on the intake Piping thats right after the intake box. If its unplugged or fuxsored. When you give it gas it kills the car. This could be a problem.
