Car: 2002 nissan maxima

have a 2002 maxima manual that becomes difficult to shift in the heat of the day. clutch goes straight to floor (no back pressure) and it feels like it fails to fully disengage. Have to force into gear causing grinding in most gears) no problems just to and from work but constant driving in heat causes problem. have new clutch and flywheel installed one year ago. any help?
