I understand that the spark plugs on an 02 Maxima need to be the platinum tip NGK type....but what about the ignition coils?

Who is running their maxima with aftermarket coils and have you experienced any problems with them?

Thanks all.

Discounted OEM ignition coil price from NICO sponsor, IoS - http://www.infinitipartsusa.com is $78.20 each (MSRP @ $104). The price is just slightly higher than the one quoted by Tiger.

You can also buy non-OEM ignition coil from eBay but the quality may be questionable.

For best pricing on OEM O2 sensors and spark plugs, go to NGK.com, a.k.a. sparkplugs.com.
