So the filter is in the fuel pump, but I also read that It shouldn't go bad. The car does have 100k miles on it now.

The reason I ask is the ecu gave codes for p0171 p0174. Systen too lean

Mafs was cleaned and airfilter...

What are my possibles other than injectors? Should I replace the fuel pump/filter? 02 sensor?

There's a small sock filter on the pump's intake, but the "real" fuel filter is mounted on the firewall under the hood. It's near the center, and cylindrical.

do like minister of doom says and change the main fuel filter and the run some sort of fuel injector cleaner or seafoam just to clean out the system.

Do i have two fuel filters as well? How hard is it to replace both, and what all is involved? I went to autozone and they were trying to tell me i have to change the screen in the gas tank as well, so that would mean taking the gas tank off.

^^ Here is an install for the fuel pump. You don't have to drop your tank!I havn't looked yet for the fuel filter in the engine bay. Autozone said there is none, I cant even find a fuel filter for sale anywhere on the web.

No need to drop the tank. All you need to do is remove the rear seat. There's a pass-through port under the rear seat through which you can access the pump.

Also, something many people fail to anticipate (like myself, for example) is that the fuel filter cover has a rubber gasket that should probably be replaced. Not all fuel pumps come with a replacement gasket, so just make sure you have one on hand either way.
