Totaly read your posting on how to repair the FY33 amplifier and it fits my problem to a tee. Contacted Mouser and MOSFET part No. 512-FDH5500 and the Thermal Cutout resistor part No. 447-XYP2BN143-RC are no longer available. You said on your posting that you had an extra Thermal Cutout and I was wondering if replacing only that would work. I'll keep digging around but so far I have not been successful in finding the replacement parts. If you still have any of the parts I would be interested in buying them.

Welcome to NICO. "Skibane" is more involved in the Q45 Forum and occasionally goes to Maxima/I30/I35. You are better off sending him an e-mail. Your other option is getting the part from IoS at discounted price, other trusted online stores or the junk yard.
