There should be two places that you actually need to bleed. There is usually a little box that is a sort of damper and sometimes air can get trapped in it. I believe you first bleed at the slave cylinder then the damper. Follow the line from the master to the slave and you should find the damper between. It should be a metal box with a few lines running to it and the lines will probably be coiled a bit (basing off of my 3rd gen, yours could be different). Should be a bleed valve right on it, that should fix the issue... if not, then one of the other components must be bad again.
