I need a new clutch for my SR and Im on a tight budget. Is the stock maxima clutch worth dropping? Does it fit good and does it slip? Thanks ahead guys.

Well the maxima clutch is oem unit for the SR, so there isnt any problem bolting it up, and if ur on a tight budget i would say y not not, u can get em for 50 -80 bucks depending on where u go and who u know. What are ur mods.

Holy moly, you realize that the stage 1 will hold 360lbs of torque, which is well over 400 flywheel horse power. I don't understand why people get UBER clutches.

I guess if you don't mind putting your entire body weight on the clutch at every light, then more power to you. Although because there's no slippage it'll be a pain in the arse if you hit traffic or a red-light on a hill.

Anyways, just my two cents...

The spec 3 isnt bad, as a matter of fact I will upgrade mine to a spec 3 next time (I have a spec 2) Now, and it basicly feels like stock...but holds 390ft lbs tq? I will need more than that...And if you like drifting you really need a better flywheel, because you use it alot...
