Maxima Climate Control Display has gone Dim? Brightness control?

Hey peeps

Got a 92 3rd gen Maxima.

Jumped in my car the other night and turned on my a/c and i noticed the display wasnt very bright at all. and during the day it was the same thing...i could hardly read it!

Is there a way to fix this? Maybe a brightness control somewhere or is the problem in the dash?

It has never hinted at all that it was about to die or anything just worked perfectly one night and now wont even light up enough for me to read

could it be a charge issue

My guess is a light bulb blew.
