Maxima cam sesor replacement

I replaced both cam sensors on my 04 Maxima. Before it would start and run until it got hot. Now with the new sensors it will not even start. I tried putting the old ones back in but still no go. Any idea's, tip's or suggestions? I am going over all the connections now to see if I accidentally unplugged something else.
