I have a 1990 Nissan Cima (Q45) I would like to know what is the max rim / wheel I can put on this car. Max for the front and mar for the rear. Right now I have 215/45/17 on the front and 225/45/17 on the rears. Do you know if 255/35/20 will fit on the rear and will 235/35/20 fit in the front? Please help.

Are you willing to pull the fender? Cuz if not then 255 rear is too big for the stock fenders. Your wheels will be sticking out like a lowrider.

You mean roll the fenders? and what about the fronts will they rub on anything? do you have any suggestions on wheel size and rim size without rolling the fenders?

On the rear 255's, heck even wider can fit, just depends on the offset. I had 245''s and had enough "inner clearance" to put a golf ball between the wheel/tire and the suspension.

Wheel/tire fitment can never been meaningfully discussed without know wheel size and offset.

Most here will say anything above 18's are wrong for the Q45, so you may want to venture over to the VIP sub-forum for advice on non-performance fitments.

Important thing is to meet or exceed OEM minimum load and speed rating.
