Max psi for garrett gt25r turbo 18 psi?

I was looking at some spec sheets on the garrett gt25r turbo and I confess that I am not that good at reading them. However from what I can see this turbo is good for 18 psi. Is this right and could you safely run this psi level on a regular basis.
