all motor you cant get much more than 170ish. Turbo has infinite possiblities. Money is your only weakness when it comes to turbo's and their power.

I'm also interested in getting all i can out of my N/A KA24DE... seeing as its a high mileage engine, and i dont think it would endure any turbo boost.

However, i figure i can swap cams (not sure how, or what to get - but its a goal), advance the timing maybe by 5deg and run 93 octaine, beyond that the only way to get more HP i can think of is a custom exaust of about 2.5'' dia (any more seems to be pointless when running N/A)

But i still dont know how much that might gain me... or how much it will cost for that matter.

Now before you read my double post, you should know that i am a total n00b-cake. OK, disclaimer done.

If my memory is still working right, didnt the KA make 155hp and 160 ft lbs stock? How are peoples tuned estimates below that? Do you loose that much going from engine to tire? (yes, ive never dyno'd a car)

Yeah dude......our cars loose something like 18% of it's power through the driveline.

stock, the KA24E should get 120-125hp and the de should get 130-135.

obx header = 200, injen intake (used) 50, 2.5 custom exahust 100, accell wires 60, ngk plugs 6. Dyno numbers? look at my sig! thats a cost of about 400 + a few bucks.

the fitment is good besides the fact that i had to bend my egr tube a little. the thread/nut for the 2nd o2 sensor was way to big (3/4) so i just bought a new o2 sensor that was threaded 3/4. instead of doing that u could cut off the bolt and weld on one that u can use the stock 2nd o2 sensor on. however the 2nd o2 sensor is just a cat sensor. so its all up to u. i would not have done it different. the hotshot header is the best for 240's but u have to do the same thing with the 2nd o2 sensor nut/fitting. the obx is good for its price when compared to the hotshot

Also saw an article somewhere on here about replacing the intake cam with another exhaust cam. I'll try to find it again.
