I would just like to say this is not my car but people are always asking about how good the CA is and how much power it can make. when I found this guys dyno chart at http://www.sxoc.com I thought I should share it with the rest of the world.

Here is his car (his name is Jason)

Could you give us a link to the actual thread about the car?

Those specs, dyno figures and speed is very doable on a bone stock CA. At what level of boost did he make this power? I'm assuming around 25psi of boost, but could be wrong.

Quote »i wanna see 900whp out of a CA. like, right friggin now. any takers?[/quote] With a nice dose of n2o, it's very doable. The engine I built should be able to withstand 700hp of abuse. All the ingredients are there except for the really huge turbo (A 60-1 has been emplyed to put in work). Even the oil pan is modified to accept the main studs. I put my heart and $$$ into this motor and my expectations are very high considering what I'm able to accomplish on an internally stock CA18DET (except for the cams). This is a true junkyard engine that has lived up to it's expectations and I definitely got my $500s worth ;) .
