So I'm out looking for evidence to support it other then so and so's car makes 500 whp with a Z32. Does someone have voltage tables or anything like that for these MAFs?I've talked to Granatelli and they were unsure how to compare there upgraded MAFs since they size MAFs based on injectors. I'm looking at their Ford Lighting MAF that is 92mm and is setup for 42lb injectors. I'm looking for an extra resolution of 100whp-150whp. The Q45 MAF I have hits 5.0v at 21psi and is pushing about 450whp on the dyno.A call to Apex'i by Knowledge performance has yeilded no help other then Apex'i does not believe that changing to the Z32 would help my situation. Any help would be great-James

Z32 has done ~500...it's marginally better than the Q45.

Cobra MAF is only good to about ~350...to get more out of it, JWT uses a subtractor circuit in their 72lb/hr programs. Then they will do ~450-500 or so, dunno exactly.

The Lightning MAF is sold with the JWT setup with 96lb injectors, so I know it can do more than 500...but I'll bet they use a subtractor to get it there.

Above ~500rwhp, you REALLY need to look into a MAP setup anyway, or custom tune with dual Q45 MAFS.

I'm wondering if I can use my Power Fc and trick it into thinking I have a Z32 when I have a Q45 and tune out the error in actual air flow amounts. There must be a big difference in voltage curve though in order for the 80mm Z32 MAF to support 500whp in stead of the 450whp that the Q45 is getting me at this point.-JAmes
