Max capacity of S14 turbo and Exhaust question

searched and searched about this but didnt find anything...what is the max psi and what kind of horsepower are people pushing out of a s14 turbo on a s13 motor? thanks

also I was looking for a cheap turbo back exhaust system and the ssautochrome or megan racing sounds pretty good for the price but I only see them for the ca18's...are they the same for a s13 red top??? Just want to make sure i dont see why it would matter i believe its all the same right?

If i'm right the only difference from the redtop/blacktop and the notch-top (s14) would be the T28 turbo anyway. *N/M vvt, but from what i read most people push 240-250hp at about 10psi with the disco-potato (T25/28 hybrid/S14 turbo).

And for your engine, just buy the right downpipe and then you should be able to mount most test-pipe/cat/exhausts that fit your chasis.
