i have a 90 240sx se. sr20det redtop. greddy oh5-18g turbo 880cc injectors walbro 255, down pipe, 3in all the way, fpr, hks evc, afc stock sr20 ecu, welded rear diff, full greddy piping and front mount, hsk ssqv, plx WIDEBAND.

what do you guys think i can run max boost...

just trying to get a good feel of where my car is....

and what can the internals handel boost wise i've been serching all night?

I was boosting 1.4 bar on my 180sx with a black top when I was in Japan. I think that's 20 or more pounds. SR's can handle a grip of boost. my ish was running strong to, it would definitely snap your neck back.

do you have a wideband?

what were you running on a daily basis, whats your afr at wot?

your h/g is a limiting factor as well

head gasket and afcs are not good news. rom tune ecu and wideband are better then afc tuning.

so i have my 240 running 16psi. the a/r is 11.2- 117 in wide open. it's running super smooth. i love the power it's making. i just wish i can up the boost to 20psi or so... i have my boost controler max out. is there anything i can do to get more boost.... w/out pulling the vac off the wastegate

Get a new boost controller. Do you have a T25 or T28? I would say 16psi is a good amount for daily driving an SR. Those are really strong engines. Like I said I was boosting 1.4 bar and ripping on it everyday, I never had a problem. It was a skyline killer, GTST anyway.

right now the turbo in the car is the greedy 18g. i still have the t25. the disco. i wanna sell it, it just sits here now. oh and i'm on 18 psi it's so much fun

well if the afrs are in the 11s then your fine what w/g are you using? upgrade to a hks actuator to up it
