10 PSI. With a FMIC you can go for 14 PSI, but do understand that T25's don't last very long running 14PSI.

In your area I wouldn't take it above 10 psi(heat aids in heatsoak). sometimes you can get away with a couple of extra psi on cool nights though.

complete lie here. I have been running 14psi since within minutes after I first started my car almost two years ago and my turbo is no worse for the wear.

just don't run more than that

14 psi is ok. After that the turbo does run past its efficiency level so no more than 14psi is recommended as performance will not increase much and more than 14 pounds will put more wear on the turbo. but the answer is 14 psi

Not a lie you moron. Just because you have had a good experience at 14 psi doesnt mean others have. I know people locally who have blown T25's within a couple months of going to 14 psi. One even blew the turbo at 14 psi after a couple weeks.

Every turbo is different that's why you will hear all kinds of stories. So and so runs 14 psi so and so ran 18 psi, blah, blah, blah. The fact of the matter remains he is still running the stock sidemount IC which gets heatsoaked after about 1.5-2 minutes of running 12-14 psi on a 75-80 deg day.

I will run 14 psi when I get a FMIC. If I blow the turbine, oh well, that just gives me a reason to upgrade, hehehe.

I have a redtop with header, 3 inch exhaust, and 255lph fuel pump. everything else stock. I just installed a blitz boost controller, it hit about 14psi only drove it hard for a few minutes, afterwards I pulled in and let it idle to cool down and it now has a slight miss and the turbo had a small ticking noise, it went away after 3 or 4 minutes of idle but I'm pretty sure it got a little to hot and might have burnt a spark plug. Any sugestions? adjustable fuel pressure regulator? z32 maf? Im not real confident in running that much boost on a t25 I turned it back down to 10 psi for now. By the way it was a cold night about 40 degrees with side mount intercooler.

I ran 15psi for a year+ with no problems and only got rid of the t25 for more power.

What you really want to know is how often do people actually get it to so and so psi. I had it always set to 15 but its not like I actually got that high every single day.

i personaly wouldnt try 14, maybe 12 max but 10 is safe. you have to watch for boost spike too and with 370cc injectors on 14psi, boost spike will hurt your motor.

it all varries, u can search and read about freakish motors at 14 and 250ish whp no problem, while others at 14ish strugle to make 220. dont assume u can have your sr at 14 without any problems.
