Max amount u can surface a KA24e head?

Im just curious what is the max about you can surface/deck the KA24e head? Im just looking to lower the 65 cc combustion camber size into the mid to high 40cc range. By my calculations 3mm will put me at 47cc.

Also if it is possible to take that much off will the chain tensioner be able to take up the slack or will i need to shorten the timming chain?Thanks-Rob
