I really like this idea, it's pretty much what I was thinking, minus the oil dripper plate; thats a great idea. The only thing is in your CAD pic it shows two of the fitting going in above the baffle and 2 under it. -3 thingies on top for the filters...you can have more or less-middle holes are for the IN flow of the box-top holes are the OUT flow-top plate is main baffle-lower plate that looks like colander is the oil dripper-in between that goes steel wool-bottom hole is for some sort of drainage
since your gonna be using 1/8" alum..it shouldnt be too hard to cut and drill it...so 8 pieces of flat plates and a pipe cut into # sections for the filter...
you can have as many INs and OUTs and Filters...
