material in trans pan

for those of you who have replaced your trans pan or trans pan gasket, is it normal to see little particles in the bottom of the pan? Filter is pretty clean and the fluid looked good but i work for audi and our trannys never have particles or material in the trans pan so i'm just making sure its ok.

It will be normal. Everytime I have drained my transmission fluid, there is always particles on the magnetic drain plug.
