that looks like a good match. For an infinity reference sub, I'd probably not want to feed it too much power over the rms rating. They're built for sound quality, not SPL so if you feed it like 300+ more power, I'd be careful how you set your amp gains, but that amp you listed looks to be a good pairing.
As a general rule, always look at the rms or continuous power rating, never peak. Peak is just a brief estimate of how much a speaker or sub can handle at a short, quick time. Rms or continuous ratings are the ones you want to look for as those are more accurate. Some salesmen will try to sell you on the peak ratings and it has to make you question....why is this pair of speakers only $50 yet they can handle 1000 watts of power! It's the peak rating!
