master window switch conversion 95 to 98

I have had several problems with my driver side window all related to amplifiers and bad spring in switch which burns out the coil in the amp
and i cannot find replacement coils to solder in so i purchased master switch from 98
and also a door harness ,to save a lot of labor time I would like to be able to splice the wires
so i can by pass the amp on my 95 harness
using just a small section of the 98 harness and just plug in to my 98 master switch if possible
has any attempted this if so what is the best way of doing this ?
it would save me so much time and energy
