Master Warning Light on 2011 Nissan Rogue

Hey Everyone,

On the Altima I used to have, the master warning light (that triangle symbol with the exclamation point in between) would light up whenever there was a warning (i.e. low fuel) and the master warning would remain lit until that warning was taken care of. On the Rogue, I've noticed that the master warning flickers briefly (along with the corresponding message, i.e. "Service Due") and then the message and warning go away.

To anyone else that has a 2011 or 2012 Rogue: is this normal behavior for the master warning light on this car?
