Looking for a Master Infiniti / Nissan Tech Mechanic in Miami or South Florida???

Hello everyone, I am a NOOB and did a search for Infiniti / Nissan mechanics in Miami but came up short. I specifically do not want to go to the Infiniti dealership because I have already vetted them and do not trust anything they said I needed. I specifically asked about a part I know I didnt need just to test them and they went off on a crazy tangent of items I "needed"

I also went to Japanese Car Care and All Import Tech and they seemed good but not specialist. There are several things I want to address that I believe are specific to the VK45DE and m45 platform.

Essentially I need a mechanic who is extremely knowledgeable in this category and won't try to rob me for my money (Hopefully, this exist) Anyone who does work on the side is also appreciated, I essentially am more concerned with someone who knows the little quirks (clicking, valve ticking, etc) then a board "Japanese Car" Specialist.
