master cylinder probz!

I have a 95 s14 non abs manual. brakes aren't exactly ideal. ive bled the brakes (in the correct order and everything) and to no avail can i get a nice firm brake pedal. so i think its my master cylinder. as said i have a non abs. friends got an abs master cylinder.is it possible to replace my master cylinder with an abs cylinder (Flame if needed! :chuckle: )

I think it has two ports and not three if I recall, but they are pretty cheap.

You can make an ABS master cylinder work, however it involves drilling and tapping an additional port. The easiest thing to do is order a 300ZX master cylinder. It has 3 ports, one of them plugged from the factory. Undo the hex plug or don't, depending on your set up.

what do you mean by setup, like not running rear brakes? sorry im a noob :D

Dont use a 300 master cylinder unless you have 300 brakes, the bias is way different. If your keeping S chassis brakes, just buy a master for the model you have.
