Master cylinder? 91 240sx, sr20det, Spec Stage 3

Trying to diagnose this problem, but maybe you guys have a better incite?

I have a 91 240, with a redtop sr, and a Spece Stage 3.

Ha.

My car is driveable, but it's annoying.

The clutch engages at a weird point like really down low, no matter how much I adjust my clutch, it still releases low.

I put it a new slave. Then I bled it and turned on the car. The clutch felt great. Then I drove down the road. And the clutch was just the way it was before again. Pretty annoying if you ask me.

But it's only hard to put it in 1st and reverse. Sometimes 3rd is a bit tight too.

Any ideas? I'm hoping it's just the master cylinder thought.

BTW: Last week, I adjusted the clutch a bit and it made a big difference. No it doesn't seem to make any change what so ever. After i adjust the clutch that is.
