o man, im angered right now. installed new master cylinder and slave for my clutch. it was working fine, but i had to make an adjustment because there was no pedel free play. i think that i accidently drained the master dry durring the adjustment. now i cant get any pedel pressure. ive bled an entire bottle of brake fluid now through the system in fustration. I am bleeding it according the the procedure in the service manual. whats going on.

Try bench-bleeding the master. This means taking the outlet and running it back into the master BELOW the level of the liquid. This will allow you to pump all the air out of the body. Do a search on the internet for bench bleeding. It will describe it better.

i did a little different version of bench bleeding. pumping the cylinder, then cracking the line letting the pressure out. thats what i usualy do at work. anyway, i just ended up adjusting the length on the piston of the master. now its longer that it was origanaly. anyway, at least i can drive the car, but there zero free play. after i installed it the first time the clutch was making a noise when i had the pedel pushed in all the way.
