First of all, I searched and couldn't find the answer I was looking for.

Just put a 95 motor in a 91 car. Motor runs, but there is a monstrous vacuum leak somewhere around the fuel rail/mani to head area. I'm worried the 91 upper mani isn't fitting correctly to the 95 head.

Visually, gaskets and ports all seemed the same, but who knows, its freakin Nissan.

Also, ECU threw a TPS code... not sure what that has to do with.... I am using 91 upper and lower intake manifolds, 91 tps.

First thought was fuel injector cushions (insulator between injector and mani) because when we sprayed carb cleaner right on top of the injector, motor sputtered, etc. Just #1 and #2 were causing the motor to sputter.... but after new insulators, no fix. Might be a bent fuel rail........ going to try that first.

I used the 91 dizzy, ecu + harness, and intake manifolds, minus the EGR and butterflies. I DID plug the butterfly holes, including the one on the side. Really sounds like the leak is either AT the head ports, or fuel rail, or close.

Thanks guys, I'm THIS CLOSE!
