i came across this today looking up information about what to do about my S13. I myself am moving back home to webster, MA after 9 horribly hot and snowless years in Florida, ive had enough of the heat and taking my eskimo *** back to MA... with my beast in tow =)

I just thought some of you that may have been cheating the system paying off the MAN just to get a sticker etc, might enjoy this news if you hadnt already gotten word of it by now.
