Mass Effect Quest Question: Geth In The Tunnels

WTF is it with this mission? It's located on the Main Storyline planet Feros. You are supposed to take out a Geth Unit guarding a transmitter used to coordinate attacks on Zhu's Hope, and then destroy the transmitter itself. I did both, but it never registered the mission as complete. This might not bother some people but I'm a total completionist fanatic and this is annoying the crap outta me. I need this mission finished! I don't have a save file close enough to it to justify starting back before the mission.

Make sure you kill everybody in the tunnels or it won't register. There is probably somebody hiding somewhere.
