market flooded with cheap products

so i have a s14 sr20det blacktop with the t28 tubo and i want to replace the turbo,turbo manifol,turbo elbow..before the originalls go to crap.im not trying to upgrade my turbo to a bigger size all i want is a direct oem replacement without oem price..at the same time i dont want a 300 dollar turbo thats going to give me a headache a day after the 5 hr install.. all i want is guidance..and to know risks of running a turbo till it dies
