Mark Sebbelin ripped me off of my money. his screen name is marco69685. he stole a SR20DET red top engine, and a Greddy FMIC intercooler, he also stole a pair of Advan AVS wheels w/ Falken Tires. he ripped me off on ebay and did a pay pal fraud if you can please try to help me in assist to get the stuff I payed for I payed almost 5 grand for all of this used with about 77k ont he red top. thank you very much he is located in washigton.

i was wondering if any of you could either talk to him or see whats up cuz its been 4 weeks and no ityem and im not quite sure how to take this and were to start.

Well, Before we sick the Nico Posse on the guy, why not give us a little more background info on what happened. From your first post I have NO idea what took place.

July 1st bought themJuly 10th shipped to me "supposable"July 15th still no recievalJuly 25th no receivalJuly 28th Contact. says he shipped. and he collected my moneyJuly 29th paypal says scam and I cant get my money backAugust 1st Contact. says he doesnt know anything but will try to get to itAugust 9th wont answer calls or emails. I got his girlfriend but she hung up on me once I asked her about itAugust 15th got a hold of him and he said he would call back.. never didAugust 20th left over 30 msg'saugust 22nd - called me a hacker and a scammer when I enver got the items and they were never any items sent to the shipping place by my name.August 25th - log on Nico sad wanting help fromy ou guys to scare him or somthing into getting my stuff back, im new to pay payl only used it a few times but I am pretty disgusted as what this world is comming to.

I got a guy out back I keep in a big cage named Guido. He breaks thumbs. Sadly, whenever I let him out on a mission like this, he also randomly breaks thumbs. Its truly sad to see an entire small town holding their phones with a "claww-hand" grip. Sadness ensues. So I really don't let Guido out much anymore.

If you guys can either call him ro talk to him on AIM on why he never shipped the items and kept my money it would be nice.

I would start all of your paypal protection stuff & ebay protection

It's been over a month so you can't do much now.. you can still file the paypal complaint, but it won't do any good money wise..

You can also file a fraud report like I did for the guy that fcked me out of $170 w/ the FBI / Internet Fraud Center. Then file a claim w/ ebay.. you have up to 90 days to file this claim. Ebay will do a partial refund minus $20 - $25 for claim processing.. Paypal should show his address, you can request a tele # n stuff from ebay as well..

The guy that screwed me over gave me a refund of $100 + $17 refund from ebay.. so i was out like $50, better than $170.. He no longer has an account with eBay, I think they banned him for all of his crap.

Did you by any chance pay with a credit card through ebay? If so, file a complaint with your CC company and start the process to back charge it. Also, do your best to gather all the personal information you can on him early on. You dont want him getting tooo frieked out yet so try to track down his address, any other phone numbers etc.

Sorry to say there's not much we can do to get your money back. I have no idea who this person is you're referring to, but your best bet is to file the fraud stuff as others suggested. Good luck!

I'd sew him hardcore. I ordered an h22a swap for my accord from jdmclub.com a while back and got a piece of **** 6 months later. Then I made him send me another motor which sucks *** also but it still runs. He still owes me a transmission. Im sure marshun remembers all about that drama eh?

hmm. I wonder why ebay and paypal cant do anything tho.. Last time I tried to buy a laptop on ebay, i made him a deal and did the transaction outside of ebay. Paid him 1500 but never got the laptop. Filed a report with PayPal and got my money back...
