I like to use a marinade injector, using it not only to put marinades in meats and poultry but to put butter in turkeys to baste them from the inside, keeping the meat moist. Having been through injectors from multiple companies from multiple stores, I've finally found one I deem durable enough to be worth the price. It's the "Fat Boy" from Cajun Injector and it is an all-metal construction.

For the same $24.99 price I picked it up at the local Bass Pro Shop and I'm very happy with it.

The others were all either plastic or metal-glass combos that couldn't stand up to the rigors of a lot of uses.

Anyone else here use injectors?
