To explain how this can happen?

This is an example of why more and tighter gun regulation is needed

Less gun control is needed. Perhaps not in Jersey...

Legally.. interesting.

It's true that S. and N. Carolina do have an easier time buying guns. However, if you're that caught up in it, please, contact the state and ask them how they allowed this to happen.

I can't claim that I am Jesus and I know all about firearms in every single state, but, I will tell you that if the police and the gun shop were doing the legal thing, it would have been caught. I'm guessing that the story isn't entirely accurate, either. Because, I can't just walk into another state and buy a firearm (well, I can being as I am in the military) so, if he purchased a gun in any other state, it was probably done with another person's consent, because they run the name.

Obviously, singling me out for this wasn't a very wise idea.

LOCKED.

This is exactly what I was talking about in my "new rule" thread. No more of this.

If you want to make a thread specifically to discuss the 2nd Amendment, then do so, but don't just post up a news story.

You make waaaaaay too many new threads Telco.
