March LEASE How much OFF MSRP?

The car we want has a sticker of $38,775.

I know we can't take advantage of the $5,000 incentive BUT it seems people are getting $9,500 or more off the MSRP.

If I subtract 5k from that amount then add the $500 they ARE offering for leases it comes to about $33,775.

Do you think this would be a good cap cost price?

$500 off of invoice price is considered good price these days, if you can get more than $500 its even better i guess the least dealers would do is around $900-1000 under invoice.
