Marble in a TIn can Sound

Hi, i have a marble in a tin can sound coming from the SR transmission. What could it be? It doesn't matter if its in Neutral or in gear it has that sound, most noticibly in Decel or low speed (20 or less km) and maybe idle, not so much in acceleration. Clutch in Clutch out same sound.

Clearly something came apart in it and should be checked out before it causes more damage.
