Map light bulb replacement

I'm having trouble trying to remove the bulbs. I do not want to damage the shiny plastic reflector.. For some reason they do not easy pop out (Same goes for the glove compartment). Any ideas on how to remove them. The car manual is of no help. I'm trying to goes LED in the interior.

yeah i couldnt get them out ethier. i almost broke the plasitc reflector. thats why i just put blue light sleaves over them instead of replacing the actual light

Thanks, the link seem to be broken at times, but i was able to d/l it. The IT.pdf has a set of instructions to dismount the map light, but when I proceed in taking it off, the left hand corner that is closest to the windshield does not come loose. I tried a few techniques to remove it but all failed. Is there something holding it up; I could not see anything.

I don't own/have access to a B16, so I can't go try this out. Any other B16 owners want to volunteer?

Has anyone else have any problems dismounting the map light on a 07/08 Sentra 2.0 I think the SE-R/Spec-V have the same map light.
