Hi guys, I am a brand new member, however, I have been using your site to learn about my current project since I was in Afghanistan in 2013. I finally found a deal on a 1990 240sx hatch and got 2 rb25s for it. I did a sweep over and have decided to start with the steering system ( as steering was disassembled when previous owner had engine bay painted as well as the rest of car). Anyways, to get on with it I need to replace R&P, tie rod ends (outer) and came across "manzo" adj. tie rod ends on FRSPORT which is actually referred in your list of sites to buy from. Anyone got any input on this company? I know megan racing makes some but seeing how my car is red I would like to keep everything red/black. Anyways, just looking to see if they are cheap garbage or good parts. Any input would be appreciated. :)

Welcome to NICO, and thanks for your service! :patriot:

I've never heard of that brand of tie rod. Do you have a link? And do you know what rack and pinion you're getting?
Are your concerns with longevity of the product, or is there some kind of actual design related feature - like long enough to safely get the alignment that you need while maintaining enough thread engagement?

And good call on asking about tie rods if you don't know about them. That's definitely not something you want to mess around with :)

Thanks so much for replying. I ended up buying from megan racing. They are a decent brand and work with the stock inners ( rnp i bought came with the stocks installed so why not) i can always upgrade inners later if needed. Btw it is a 1990 s13 and im droppun a rb25det into it. Lots of work ahead just starting here with steering. 5lug conversion iscompleted, z32 brakes almost got to run the lines ,and k2 coilovers are alreadt installed as well. i am going to make sure i get it close as possible but i just have to make it 3 miles to alignment shop.

And i was mainly asking about integrity of their products i wasnt sure if they were another "obx" or ect ebay/cxracing chinese knockoff co. That would just cause more grief than the measley $10-20 id save so thus i went with megan racing.

Good call!!
I actually found getting the alignment pretty close to optimal wasn't that hard.
Every time I do it and bring it in to the shop, the guy that puts it up on the rack usually says "damn man, you got this thing pretty close!!". I've gone a couple times where only 1 wheel needed a slight adjustment :)
