I put up a post about a month ago asking for advice about replacing injectors. I really had no idea what to do, but knew that the original Z shop estimated $2800 for the repair.

Well, $1200 later all the injectors (A full set of Nismo 740cc w/adapters) are replaced along with other repairs. The car runs great and we're both happy. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here, really if you helped directly or not. It's incredibly nice of y'all to offer your help so openly.

And one last plug. Being in Houston, there are a few options for Z32 mechanics that I've explored. I got good recommendations about Dane Miller, and they pulled through. Dane was fantastic, knows what he's doing, and is aware of everything else about these cars too. He kept me up to date and even repaired a few extra parts on the side. It's clear that he's good at what he does and is proud about his work and these cars. I would certainly recommend him to anyone moving through our area.

I have an ASHspec ECU, so I went to their website and ordered a new chip. If you have an after market ECU, I'm sure you can get the reflash through the company site. It's pretty easy to order, you just put in the specs and they'll prescribe the chip for you. It was $150, but when you return the old chip you get a $100 rebate. Dane installed my new chip for me, but there's plenty of DIYs about that.

sorry i'm late to the party, but i'm so glad it's working out for you.
nismo740cc's!!!!!!
also, did you do that thing where you shut off the constant electricity to the injectors?
vulcanrush wrote:no way should the parts cost 1,500 bucks+....nismo740cc's and 300degree fuel rails are about 1k bucks+ in parts, about.

i would get nismo740cc's, no downside, and they don't cost more than 615cc's.

as far as 400hp, do you mean rwhp? in that case, you're pushing the stock oem 370cc's to their limit, and i wouldn't do it.
does dane dynotune or run nistune? that would be great if he does.
