Manually shifting gears safe

Is it ok to manually shift the gears in a g50 or will it do harm to the car in any way? I hope not because I really love making fools of people and man does it really move.

Keep ATF in top shape and you are OK. Must have external cooler almost anywhere south of the 48th parallel.

its ok as long as you dont let go of the gas to shift, thats a big no-no

You wont be doing any damage to the transmission by manually shifting.... I do a lot of the time.

Why is it bad to let go of the gas between shifts?
