manual window regulator replacement 240sx

Well I have 89 coupe 240sx s13 and my Window's broken and its a manual window I have no clue how to fix it, Pretty much what happen is that i would try to roll up/down my window (manually) and it'll just keep spinning like the gear not even in (or broken) And....Its raining Here...
I've looked up on google *manual window regulator replacement 240sx* and I got nothing..well at least I think, Plz help a fellow Touge Driver out. * plz pic if possbile*

Step 1: Stop saying you're a Touge Driver
Step 2: Look here.
Step 3: Read section on "Door"
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!

In all seriousness though. It's an easy fix. Literally, take your door panel off, remove the 3 bolts holding the window winder in place, 4 nuts holding the regulator in, and probably the bolts holding the glass stoppers. It'll slide right out. And then installation is the exact opposite.
