sorry in advance as I'm guessing this has already been asked, but neither google nor a comprehensive search effort has located my answer. What options do you have for bolting up a manual transmission to a 4.5 out of a Q45? My friend just lost his auto transmission out of his and wants to swap and I told him if he figured something out I might buy a v8 for my s13 as well.

Try some searches on the forums on T-56 and Z32 5 speed. Look in Infiniti Engineering Forum.
